NPKView Privacy Policy

NPKView is a point-of-sale and business operations application that helps businesses manage products, contacts, invoices, reports, and staff clock-in activity. This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected when you use NPKView, how it is used, what controls users have, and how to contact us.
By using NPKView, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We May Collect
Account and business information
- Name
- Email address
- Business name
- Business tax ID
- Business address
- Employee and role information
Operational app data
- Product catalog details
- Brand and group information
- Contacts and customer/supplier details
- Invoice, quotation, and order records
- Clock-in and clock-out records
- App settings selected by the user
2. Camera Access
NPKView may request camera access so users can capture images for products, invoices, contacts, or related business records. Camera access is optional and is only used when a user chooses a camera-based action.
3. Photo Library and Uploaded Images
Users may choose images from their device photo library or upload images into app records. These images are used only for the features the user selects, such as product photos, invoice images, or other business-related records.
4. Location / GPS Access for Clock-In
NPKView includes an optional clock-in feature for staff attendance. When enabled by the user or business, the app may request location access to attach a GPS location to clock-in or clock-out events.
- Location is requested only for clock-in related actions.
- Location access is optional and can be denied.
- Users can enable or disable location permission from device settings.
- If location permission is disabled, the app may still allow clock-in actions depending on business settings, but location data may be missing.
5. How We Use Information
We may use information collected through NPKView to:
- Create and manage user and business accounts
- Provide POS, invoice, quotation, order, product, contact, and report functionality
- Store and show product and business images selected by users
- Support employee attendance and clock-in features
- Sync business data between devices and cloud services when enabled
- Improve app performance, reliability, and security
- Respond to support requests and operational issues
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed or shared only as necessary to operate the app and its related services, such as authentication, cloud storage, synchronization, crash handling, analytics, or legal compliance.
7. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or comply with legal obligations.
8. User Controls and Account Deletion
Users can manage certain information directly in the app. NPKView also includes a delete account option inside the Setting Screen, allowing users to delete their own account at any time.
- Users may update certain account or business information in the app.
- Users may remove their own account using the in-app deletion button in the Setting Screen.
- Users may contact us to request additional support related to account or privacy concerns.
9. Security
We take reasonable measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
10. Children’s Privacy
NPKView is intended for business use and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When changes are made, the updated version will be posted with a revised effective date.
