Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information to provide and improve the Service:

Account & Profile: name, email address, phone number, role (owner or tenant), profile photo, property identifiers (unit number, address), and other registration information.
Lease & Property Data: lease start/end dates, rent amount, payment history, maintenance requests, notes, and other tenancy details you or your property manager provide.
Photos & Attachments: images and documents you upload (e.g., maintenance photos).
No Payment Information: We do not collect or store payment card information.
No Device or Usage Tracking: We do not collect device identifiers, analytics, or behavioral usage data.
No Communication Tracking: We do not track message metadata beyond what is required to deliver the messages in-app.

Third-party services

GokGokView uses Firebase to operate and support the Service. Firebase provides authentication, database, hosting, cloud messaging, and crash reporting services.

Firebase may collect basic technical information (such as crash data) to ensure app stability and security. Data handled by Firebase is governed by Google's privacy practices.

How we share information

We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

With other users of the same property (owners, managers, tenants) as required to operate the Service.
With Firebase as part of delivering authentication, database, storage, and messaging services.
To comply with legal processes, respond to lawful requests, or protect rights and safety.

Data deletion

Users may request complete deletion of their personal data and account information at any time by contacting supercosition@gmail.com. Upon verification, we will permanently remove your information from our systems unless we are legally required to retain certain data.

Data retention & security

We retain personal data only as long as necessary to provide the Service or comply with legal obligations. We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data. However, no system is completely secure — please contact us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

Children

GokGokView is intended for adults and property managers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided us with information, contact us and we will remove it.
