BookBookView ("we", "us", "our") provides a staff scheduling and time-slot booking platform designed for shop owners, service providers, and team managers to manage workforce rosters, assign staff members to specific time slots, and organize client appointments (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal data when you use the BookBookView mobile app and related services.

Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information to provide and improve the Service:

• Account & Profile: name, email address, phone number, business/shop name, and other registration details provided during signup.
• Staff & Roster Data: names of staff members, employee roles, availability, and scheduling details configured by the shop owner or administrator.
• Booking & Appointment Data: time-slot allocations, customer identifiers (such as names or labels assigned to a slot), selected services, notes, and booking histories.
• Photos & Attachments: images you explicitly upload (such as staff profile photos or shop branding).
• No Payment Information: We do not collect or store financial or payment card information.
• No Device or Usage Tracking: We do not collect device identifiers, background location data, analytics, or behavioral usage tracking metrics.
• No Communication Tracking: We do not track message metadata beyond what is technically required to deliver in-app schedules and alerts.

Third-party services

BookBookView uses Firebase to operate and support the Service. Firebase provides infrastructure services including user authentication, real-time databases, hosting, cloud messaging, and crash reporting.

Firebase may automatically collect basic technical information (such as system crash data) to ensure application stability, performance, and operational security. Data handled by Firebase is governed by Google's privacy practices.

How we share information

We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

• Between authorized users belonging to the same shop account (e.g., sharing schedules across owners, administrators, and assigned staff members) as required to operate the booking system.
• With Firebase strictly to deliver the underlying authentication, database storage, and push notification infrastructure.
• To comply with valid legal processes, respond to enforceable government requests, or protect operational safety and user rights.

Data deletion

Users may request the complete deletion of their account data, staff rosters, and booking information at any time by contacting us at supercosition@gmail.com. Following identity verification, we will permanently purge your information from our active databases unless legal retention requirements apply.

Data retention & security

We retain scheduling and personal data only for as long as necessary to provide active booking features or to fulfill compliance requirements. We apply reasonable operational security safeguards to protect your records, though no system can be guaranteed 100% secure. Please alert us immediately if you suspect unauthorized account access.

Children

BookBookView is a business tool intended for adult operators and service professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under the age of 13. If you believe a minor has submitted account data, please let us know so we can delete it immediately.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect operational or regulatory changes. Any revisions will be published directly on this page with an updated effective date.
